“Viktor Lenac” Shipyard is today one of the major ship repair / conversion / offshore shipyards in the Mediterranean. Founded in 1896, the yard is located 3 km south of the port of Rijeka in Croatia.

The shipyard deals with ship repair activities for river ships.In September 1991 the former Shipbuilding and Shiprepairing Yard "Ivan Dimitrov" was registered as Rousse Shipyard Ltd.  In April 1999 Rousse Shipyard was privatized by Rousse Shipyard Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH - Germany.

The shipyard has more than 50-years experience. Started as a small repair shop in 1948, it grew up into a modern shipbuilding and repair yard. From the very beginning it built up a good reputation and now enjoys popularity, based on established traditions in shipbuilding, good production quality and competitive prices. At that time the yard could build small vessels only. Since 1970 the yard move from the its area at port of Bourgas to its nowadays territory where can be built vessels up to 25000 dwt.

The Shipyard, founded in 1911, is located in the Port of Naples.It is 6 km far from Naples International Airport and in connection with road track to speedway. The Shipyard covers an area of 160.000 mq including workshops, service buildings, drydocks and repair quay.

MEGATECHNICA LTD has been operating in the Repair Zone of Piraeus since 1992. The background of the company founders is traced back in 1961 and their credentials is their participation in big construction,repair and conversion works, either as businessmen or as key emloyees in other companies. It was not later than two years after the company formation, in 1994, MEGATECHNICA has decided to invest in the purchase of its own Slipway, in Perama, which was soon refurbished and outfitted with new buildings and equipment. Today, it has the capacity to serve ships of length up to 95m long and up to 1,500 tons, on four positions, and provide hull-cleaning, painting and general drydocking services apart from steel and pipe works.

ODESSOS Shiprepair Yard S.A. is situated at the southern end of the city of Varna, on the island between the old and new canals connecting Black Sea and the Lake of Varna and is about one mile far from the mouth of Port Varna. Spread over an area of about 320,000 square meters, Odessos is the largest well equipped yard in Bulgaria suitable for repair and drydocking of vessels up to 35,000 DWT and afloat repairs of vessels up to 150,000 DWT.

The "Adriatic Shipyard Bijela" is the biggest shiprepairing yard in the Southern Adriatic. It is located in Boka Kotorska bay, one of the safest natural harbours in the world, and has centuries long shipbuilding and maritime tradition.

Malta has provided shipyard services in the commercial sector since the mid 1960s. Recently created Malta Shipyards Ltd is made up of the Cospicua Site (Malta Dry Docks), the Marsa Site (Malta Shipbuilding Company Limited), Manoel Island Yacht Yard Limited and the Malta Shipyards Tank Cleaning Station.
