I am an experienced Engineer with CHIEF ENGINEERS CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCY & having a service experience of about Ten Years of which last Four Years in companys top level management,with extensive technical expertise in handling the repair and maintenance works of a wide spectrum of 2-stroke & 4-stroke engines, centrifugal separators, air compressors, provision & a/c compressors,centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, freshwater generators(plate type & tube type) and reverse osmosis plants and smoke and water tube boilers, the details of which are contained in my resume appended.

3.Complete stripping down of boiler for surveys.
4.Overhauling of all boiler mountings including safety valves & pressure testing the same.
5.Repairing boiler refractory surface's.
6. Complete overhauling of soot blowers.

Turbogenerator & associated systems
1.Complete overhauling of seven stage HP & LP combination turbine.
2.Complete cleaning of sea water side & steam side of vaccum condenser.
3.Complete overhauling of steam traps & other valves in condensate & steam lines.

Exhaust gas boiler & there soot blowers
1.Water testing & treatment.
2.Cleaning of boiler tube smoke side.
3.Leak detection & plugging down of defective tube.
4.Re-installation of defective or leaky tube.
5.Complete overhauling of soot blowers.
