Energy Efficiency and Fuel Management guidelines have been developed to expand upon the Environmental Element of TMSA2 specifically with a view to reducing CO2 emissions from ships.  The document will be circulated as an insert to TMSA2 with future sales of that publication and can also be downloaded here for use with TMSA2 already purchased.
